At WOOJIN ATELIER, we understand that the materials you share during evaluation and development — including sketches, CAD files, technical drawings, reference images, and specifications — may contain sensitive business and design information.
How We Handle Your Materials
We treat project materials submitted to us as confidential and use them solely for the purposes of evaluation, quotation, sampling, and production of your project.
Where manufacturing or finishing partners need access to specific materials to complete your project, we require them to observe the same standard of confidentiality.
Formal NDA
If your project requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are happy to review and sign a mutual NDA before development begins.
Please raise this with us early in the conversation so we can put it in place before sensitive materials are shared.
Ownership of Design & Technical Materials
Designs, artwork, CAD files, logos, and technical drawings you provide remain your intellectual property.
Manufacturing know-how, finishing methods, tooling techniques, and general production expertise developed or applied by WOOJIN ATELIER over the course of our work remain our own.
